PPIC STAFF – MANDARIN SPEAKER
Description
  1. Prepare and update production plans and schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.
  2. Monitor production progress to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
  3. Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure material availability.
  4. Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory in coordination with relevant departments.
  5. Analyze production planning data and prepare periodic reports.
  6. Identify potential production delays, material shortages, and scheduling issues, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  7. Maintain accurate production planning and inventory records.
  8. Communicate with Mandarin-speaking supervisors regarding production plans, schedules, and operational updates.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in PPIC, production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking supervisors.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work in Losarang, Indramayu.
